Original Model of the School Exterior conceived for the Broadway production. The set piece was cut from the show prior to opening at the Winter Garden Theatre. Layered illustration board, paper and foam core depicting the School exterior surrounded by fall foliage and gold portal. Model piece is framed in a black mat board and foam core shadow box measuring 11 1/4" x 15 1/4" x 2 3/8" (no glass). Signed by the set designer. One of a kind.
